My Hypnobirthing & Antenatal classes will give you and your birth partner the knowledge and skills necessary to have an empowering and transformative birth. Hypnobirthing is birth education that starts with your mind. It reframes your brain so you view birth as a positive experience and not a scary one. The classes are science and evidence based, by the end of course you’ll be confident in making informed choices for you and your baby.

1 hour session with me via Zoom, pick my brains on all things birth. Perfect if you do not have the time to commit to a full course or perhaps you have completed a course in the past and need a refresher. I am unbiased & independent from your medical professionals. I can tailor the session to your specific needs and sign post you to evidence based sources so you can make informed choices for your birth.

I offer physical and emotional support to your family in the fourth trimester and beyond, ensuring your transition into motherhood is a smooth one. Unlike a Nanny who typically cares for the baby, a Doula is there to help look after the Mother and the family however they see fit. I am able to care for baby whilst you sleep, cook nutritious meals, help with siblings, take care of light housework, listen to your experiences, walk the dog and more.
